36 months stored!

In the first year, we did not let our red vine grapes ripen to red vine, but produced a Blanc de Noir, from which later sparkling wine was crafted. The vine was meanwhile stored more than 36 months on the yeast which contributes to the fine taste of the ‘Margarethe’ with its champagne-like aroma after Brioche. The ‘Margarethe’ is bottled brut and recommendable for every festive occasion.
