Still an exotic at the Moselle: my first red vine, I was always skeptical, but I convinced myself. The quantity was reduced from the beginning, altogether 450 L red vine were harvested, fermented no-frills in the cask and processed manually, stored for 20 months in the Barrique barrel (new and simply used French barrels). The result was a Pinot Noir in the Burgundy style, light but still fruity, 13% alcohol with ZERO addition of sugar (pure from the grapes). Lightly chilled to drink, it develops its full aroma.
